Chaos Volleyball Tryout Registration
(2025-2026 Season) 

Thank you for your interest in playing with Chaos Volleyball!

Please follow the steps below to complete your tryout registration.

​Important: You must complete both Chaos registration and Volleyball Alberta registration before tryouts. Players without proof of registration will not be allowed on the court.

​Step 1:

Register with Chaos Volleyball

  • ​Click here to complete the Chaos Tryout Registration Form

  • Register for only one age category

  • Pay the $20 non-refundable tryout fee via e-transfer
    to:     strathmore.chaos.treasurer@gmail.com​

​Step 2:

Register with Volleyball Alberta

  • ​Go to Volleyball Alberta and register as a "2026 Youth Development Player Tryout - Indoor"

  • Register using the athlete's name, not the parent's

  • Use your existing Sportlomo login from last year (if applicable)​

  • ​Select “Big Country Zone 2” as your region

  • ​Pay $20 Volleyball Alberta Tryout fee

  • ​IMPORTANT: Take a screenshot of your confirmation email showing your registration type and bring it to tryouts as proof.​

Final Checklist Before Tryouts

  • Complete Chaos Tryout Registration Form

  • Pay $20 tryout fee to both Chaos Volleyball an Volleyball Alberta

  • Register as a "Youth Development Player - Tryout" with Volleyball Alberta

  • Bring proof of Volleyball Alberta registration (screenshot)​

Fees are subject to change prior to tryouts.

Volleyball Alberta Membership Fee

As of 2023, athletes are required to pay a $117 club membership fee directly to Volleyball Alberta. This includes:

  • $20 "Youth Development Player - Tryout" membership (paid before tryouts)

  • $97 upgrade to "Active Member" once the athlete is selected for a team

Tryout Fees

  • ​$20 payable to Chaos Volleyball Club     

  • (but only after completing the $20 Volleyball Alberta registration to the left  <---)

Club Registration Fees (Once Selected for a Team)

  • $1,000 - 1,200 payable to Chaos Volleyball Club

  • (but only after completing the $97 Volleyball Alberta registration to the left  <---)

What the $1,000 - 1,200 Chaos Club Fee Covers:

  • 2–3 Practices per week

  • 3 Volleyball Alberta (VA) Premier Tournaments

  • 1 Provincial Tournament

  • Team Gear:

  • 2 Jerseys

  • 2 Practice Shirts ​

What’s NOT Included:

  • ​Private Tournaments – Managed by each team (~$30 per athlete per event)
